    Meet Sous Chef Cory Valerio

    A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Sous Chef Cory brings us many years of experience cooking and running professional kitchens. Cory has worked as both a manager and executive chef, including being the Kitchen Manager at Romeo’s Restaurant.

    Cory's inspiration comes from cooking from scratch and using fresh, local ingredients. “Our region has a wonderful array of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and even meats and wine,” says Cory. “We are fortunate to have such wonderful ingredients available to us.”
